All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Kalyani, located in Nadia, West Bengal, is an Institute of National Importance established under the AIIMS Act, 1956. Approved by the Union Cabinet on 7 October 2015 under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), the institute was officially notified by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 24 January 2018.

Spread over 179.82 acres, AIIMS Kalyani is designed to be a 960-bedded super-speciality hospital and a world-class medical college. It aims to correct regional imbalances in tertiary healthcare, provide affordable medical education, and develop as a centre of excellence in medical research and innovation.

The first MBBS batch of 50 students commenced on 4 September 2019, and the annual MBBS intake has since increased to 125 seats from 2020 onwards. AIIMS Kalyani now also offers B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc.
