The institution is managed by the Autonomous Society of State Medical Colleges and Medical Education Department, UP, ensuring strong state-level support.

Affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Lucknow, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the college admits 100 MBBS students annually through the NEET UG exam.
