Government Medical College, Siddipet (GMC Siddipet), established in 2018, is the second government medical college in Telangana after state formation. The institution is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Spread across 50 acres with an investment of ₹700 crores, GMC Siddipet is equipped with modern infrastructure including lecture theatres, digital library, laboratories, museums, and a multispecialty teaching hospital. The medical college began with 150 MBBS seats in 2018-19 and was later allotted 25 additional seats under the EWS quota (total 175 seats annually).

Currently, the college accommodates 850 MBBS students (5 batches), 150 interns, and has 61 postgraduate seats in 13 broad specialities. It also offers B.Sc Allied Sciences and Paramedical courses.
