JEE Main 2021 Syllabus will be released by the officials through online mode. It comprised of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Architecture and Planning related subjects. JEE Main 2021 exam will be organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for Engineering, Architecture & Planning admissions in IITs, IIITs and NITs. JEE Main is a national level examination which will be organized by the NTA four times in a year. Before preparing for exams, students should gather all the details regarding syllabus for better preparations. JEE Main 2021 Syllabus

The Syllabus for JEE Main 2021 will still be based mainly on the topics covered in Class 11 and 12. The section-wise topics to focus on for each of the papers are:

B. Arch and B. Planning Papers Syllabus

The section for Mathematics for B.Arch and B.Planning is the same as for Paper 1 with the same sets of topics to focus on. The different topics for Aptitude for Part 1 and Part 2 are as follows:

Aptitude Syllabus for Part 1 -

  • Surfaces and objects associated with Architecture and as building elements.
  • Familiarization with places, relevant people, structures/buildings and materials/objects.
  • Capability of visualizing various sides of 3D items.
  • Transformation capabilities of 3D objects from 2D drawings.
  • Mental Capability of Analytical & Reasoning concepts.

 

Aptitude Syllabus for Part 2 -

  • Structure and drawing of geometrical or dynamic shapes & examples in pencil.
  • 3D perception: Analyzing and developing concepts about scale and object proportions, building structures & components, shading surface, agreement, and complexity.
  • Change of structures between both 2D and 3D figures and their inter-relations, subtraction, surface & volume development, plan generation, heights.

 

Drawing Test Syllabus -

  • Portraying of scenes and exercises from a memory of urbanscape and scenes for open spaces, festivals, markets, road scenes, landmarks, recreational spaces, waterway fronts, wildernesses, trees, plants, etc.
  • Making two dimensional and three-dimensional pieces utilizing given shapes and structures.

 

Planning Based Questions

  • General Awareness with regard to government programs/schemes, development issues etc.
  • Critical thinking, Comprehension, Analytical skills, Map reading skills, Graphs, Charts, Simple statistics etc. 
  • CBSE Class X Social Sciences

 

AAT Syllabus:

Freehand Drawing: Simple drawing showing the entire object in its right proportion and form, surface texture, and details of its components in suitable scale, relative location, Ordinary domestic or everyday life utilizable objects like equipment, furniture, etc.

Geometrical Drawing: Activities in geometrical drawing containing lines, triangles, angles, quadrilaterals, circles, polygons, elevation (side or front views) of simple solid objects like cones, prisms,  splayed surface holders, cylinders, cubes, Study of the plan (aerial view), etc.

Three-dimensional Perception: Perception and appreciation of 3D forms with building elements, Visualization through constituting objects in memory, volume colour and orientation.

Imagination and Aesthetic Sensitivity: Composition activity with given elements, Creativity test through uncommon innovative check with recognizable objects, Context mapping, Logic of colour grouping.

Architectural Awareness: General awareness and interest of famous architectural creations – within the country and outside, places and celebrities (architects, designers etc.).
