Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS), located in Port Blair, South Andaman, is the premier government medical college of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Established under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration through the Andaman & Nicobar Medical Education and Research Society (ANIMERS), the institute began functioning in 2015.

ANIIMS admits 100 MBBS students annually through NEET-UG counseling. Of these, 75% seats are reserved for Andaman & Nicobar Islands students, 15% for All India Quota (AIQ), and 10% for NRI candidates. The college is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
