Autonomous State Medical College, Hardoi (also known as Government Medical College, Hardoi) is a full-fledged tertiary government medical college and hospital located in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The college is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU) and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It offers the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree with an annual intake of 100 students.

The foundation stone of the college was laid on 26 February 2019 by the Honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
The project falls under the centrally aided scheme: “Establishment of New Medical Colleges Attached with Existing District/Referral Hospitals, Phase II.”
Approval was granted via Government of India letter dated 21 June 2018, upgrading the Hardoi District Hospital into a full-fledged medical college.
Land: 16.5 acres at Gauradanda village and 11 acres at the district hospital campus.
Construction is executed by UP Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited.
