Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay Government Medical College & Hospital (SCCGMCH), located in Uluberia, Howrah district, West Bengal, is a newly established government medical college under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) Phase II. Named after the legendary Bengali novelist Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay, the institution is the first and only medical college in Howrah district.

The college was established in 2022 and started with 100 MBBS seats per year, admitting its first batch in 2022–23 and the second batch in 2023–24. It is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college has a dual campus model – the Jadurberia Academic Campus and the Station Road Hospital Campus, covering a total area of 22.62 acres. The hospital currently has 513 beds, with expansions under progress to reach 1,000+ beds.
