Other fees for Indian/International Students:

  • Admission Form charge: IRs. 5,000     
    Admission fee one time: IRs. 3,00,000
  • Registration approx. Rs. 23,500 for Indian and approx. USD 400, affiliation fee approx. IRs. 62,000 and NMC Registration approx. IRs. 3200 as per the respective authorities' notice. Registration, Affiliation, and NMC Registration Rees are one-time only. This amount shall be actual as per the KU and NMC notice for the particular batch of the MBBS program.
  • University exam fee as per KU rules.
  • If a student fails in a university exam, IRs. 14,500 has to be paid in each subject in the university re-exam besides the university exam fee and, logistic fee.
  • Hostel fee (excluding food) IRs. 8,000 per month (increased by 5% in every two years), in double-sharing accommodation.
  • Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is available in approx. IRs. 4,000 to 4,500 per month at present in the cafeteria.
  • Electricity and water charge in the hostel has to be paid by the student.
  • Hostel is mandatory for all international/Indians Students for whole academic course and internship. 
  • Penalty of IRs. 10 per day per IRs. 10,000 will be charged if payment is not paid within due date.

Note:

1. Candidate must have secured at least 50% in aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent and have passed the National Board Entrance Examination of his/her home country or of the Medical Education Commission, Nepal (MEC) before admission. Rules and regulations of the Medical Education Commission of Nepal, Kathmandu University, and Nepal Medical Council will be the final and utmost guideline for the admission process.

2. The above fee structure is only applicable to the candidate who will pre-book (depositing IRs. 10,00,000) before the notice of Medical Education Commission, Nepal (MEC). After the notice of MEC for the entrance of MBBS, the fee structure of MEC (approx. USD 75,000 to 80,000) will be applicable.

3. As the student and parent have studied and made decision for pre-booking at NCMTH, the pre-booking amount is Rs. 10,00,000 is non-refundable. The pre-booking amount will be refunded only in case the candidate does not get admission due to the rules and regulations of Medical Education Commission, Nepal, or NCMTH cancels the pre-booking.

The college will not charge any fee besides the fees mentioned above.

Nobel Medical College MBBS Eligibility Criteria for 2025-26

Every student, before applying for admission into Nobel Medical College, must fulfil the following eligibility criteria for admission:

  • Academic Qualification: Candidates must have done their 10+2 examinations or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as major subjects. In addition, a candidate must secure at least 50% marks in these subjects. 
  • NEET Requirement: For Indian aspirants to get into Nobel Medical College, they need to score valid NEET marks.      
     
  • Age limit: The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission; there is no upper age limit.  
  • MECEE-BL Registration: MECEE-BL (Medical Education Common Entrance Examination for Bachelor Level) is compulsory for admission to any medical course in Nepal, meaning all students, both Nepali and foreign, must register and take the exam to be eligible for admission to a medical program in the country; this is mandated by the Medical Education Commission (MEC) of Nepal.

  • Application Form Submission: Candidates shall fill in the application form MECEE-B,L required documents like transcripts, NEET scorecards, and passport copies.
  • Document Verification: After submission of the documents, the said documents shall be verified by the college. Only verified candidates will progress further to the next stage.
  • Acceptance of Admission: After document verification, a letter of acceptance of admission will be sent to eligible candidates. One needs to convey acceptance by paying an initial fee.
  • Fee Payment: Students need to pay the demand for tuition and hostel fees as per the college guidelines within the stipulated period so as to claim one's seat in the college.
  • Visa & Traveling: Besides other countries, citizens of India are required to have no visa to study in Nepal. A valid passport is sufficient for travelling. All other countries should consult the Nepalese embassy for any visa requirements.
