B & C Medical College Teaching Hospital and Research Centre Other fees for Indian/International Students:

• Admission Fee: INR 1,00,000.00     
• KU Registration Fee: Approximately Rs. 23,500 for Indian and around USD 400 for International (non-Indian) students.
• Affiliation fee: Approximately INR 62,000 and 
• NMC Registration: Approximately INR 3,200 as per respective authorities notice. 
• Refundable Caution Deposit: 1,25,000

Note :

• Registration, Affiliation, and NMC Registration Rees are one time payments. The exact amounts will be determined according to the KU and NMC notices for the specific MBBS batch.
• The university exam fee will be as per the KU notices for the specific MBBS batch.
• If student fails a university exam, INR 14,000 has to be paid in each subject in the university re-exam beside university exam fee, logistic fee.

B & C Medical College Teaching Hospital and Research Centre Hostel

• Accommodations ( Including Food ):  INR 1,80,000 per year (increased by 5% every year), for double sharing.
• Food: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
• Utilities: Electricity and water charges in the hostel have to be paid by the student.

Important Notes:

• The hostel is mandatory for all international/Indians Students for the whole academic course and internship. 
• A penalty of INR 10 per day per INR 10,000 will be charged if payment is not paid within due date.

Note:

1. Candidate must have secured at least 50% in aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent and have passed the National Board Entrance Examination of his/her home country or Medical Education Commission, Nepal (MEC) before admission. Rules and regulations of the Medical Education Commission of Nepal, Kathmandu University, and Nepal Medical Council will be the final and utmost guidelines for the admission process.
2. The above fee structure is only applicable to the candidate who will pre-book (depositing INR 10,00,000) before the notice of the Medical Education Commission, Nepal (MEC). After the notice of MEC for the entrance of MBBS, the fee structure of MEC (approx. USD 75,000 to 80,000) will be applicable.
3. As the student and parent have studied and decided to pre-booking at B&C, the pre-booking amount of INR 5,00,000 is non-refundable. The pre-booking amount will be refunded only in case the candidate does not get admission due to the rules and regulations of the Medical Education Commission, Nepal or B & C Medical College cancel the pre-booking.

The college will not charge any fee besides the fees mentioned above.
